Dear List,
I am a PhD student in Russian politics at LSE (London, UK) and I am a total=
beginner in GIS or interactive maps. I am looking for an interactive map (=
for Mapinfo or Arcview) of Russia that shows the administrative units (89 =
regions). Possibly, to download for free. Do you know any website?
I already tried the maps at Digital Chart of the World GIS data <http://ort=
elius.maproom.psu.edu/dcw/> and they don't have the required units.
