You should be able to open a geotiff in MapInfo by selecting 'open >files of
type: raster image.' The reference information is actually stored in the
image itself.

I have Geotiff files with accompanying *.tfw files where the information
about the image is presented.
Is it possible to open these images in MapInfo without registering them but
to use information from tfw file, because they are too many and I will loose
too much time.
