Job Title: Senior Oracle DBA
Titan has an outstanding opportunity for the right individual to join a
high profile, large-scale application development project team. This
position will present great career opportunities by leading application
develop activities deployed at a National Level.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, organized, team
oriented, customer service focused, flexible, and posses significant
Project Leadership experience. The ability to identify and drive product
solutions through use of experience, skills, and advanced technology is
required. Moreover, this positions requires the following skills:
1.Significant database design, implementation, and
administrationexperience with Oracle 8i/9i.
2. Considerable experience with Oracle database optimization and
data normalization.
3. The ability to produce complex stored procedures, indexes,
and views for large databases and applications.
4. Robust knowledge with Database Security and Deployment
strategies.
5. Experience with developing and supporting databases that
support three and four tier web application frameworks using Microsoft
IIS andASP. 6. Past experience in a development environment that
includes
participation with the Software Development Life Cycle.
7. The ability to drive and collect system/user requirements.
8. Thorough understanding of networking concepts which include:
Intranet, Internet, Extranet, and DMZ architecture and security.
