in the reference manager use the warp option that is shown in the menu
(Raster)

I need clarifications in Georeferncing using Microstation Geographics,As
understood by me by exploring this warping or rubber sheeting in MSG it
supports only for
VECTOR FILES.how about for a raster??? can anybody provide some light???
Then is there any other tool to do this image referncing other than the one
mentioned either in Microstaion or in their Geographics .
