Hello All... (X-posting Apologies)
Question: I have three datasets that need to create one TIN.
1) Ground TIN of bare earth (TIN)
2) Building Footprints with Z value at ground (PolygonZ)
3) Building roof heights (PolygonZ)
I have attempted to use all of the selections in Arc Scene, Soft clip, Hard=
clip, Hard replace value, etc...Everything seems to work good on the build=
ings with the lower elevations, but on the skyscrapers 3D Analyst refuses t=
o replace the value with the ROOF_ELEV value.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated in creating this city TIN with sh=
arp cutoffs from ground up to building tops.
