Dear Anthony,
ArcGIS searchs your whole harddrive for any file being younger than your
actual system-clock.
I've already given up and set my systemclock to the future when running
ArcGIS, but fortunately I don't have to work with it quite often :-)
As I know the only alternative is to setup a new system ... :-(
