Subject: Re: GISList: Helpppp: MapInfo Shift

From:  Tadi Seetharamayya

Hi Gabriela,

In this case if the projection of the vector layers
and the (Raster) source from which the vector layers
where captured is registerd with acceptable RMS error.

Then you have to check with the projection and RMS
error of the other rasters which are creating the
shifts.

This problem occurs in case

. if the projection of the raster is different from
the vector file
. if the RMS error of the raster is not soo good at
the time of registering
. Or in case if the raster is not positioned to north
bbefore registering the raster

please check these factors and try again.

Hope this will help you out.

Good Luck

Best Regards,
Seetharamayya. Tadi
