Dear List,
Does anyone know if there is an organization the standardizes are code
schemes across the globe.
For instance the official code for say Florida in the USA is 12, but what is
the code for the Paris Department in France.
Or do i have to approach the Statistics office of a country to find out its
coding schemes for areas?
