the .clt file extension is (almost certainly) a clutter file designation
used in radar data acquired by weather systems

vct - Idrisi Vector file format

We have had a partner come to us and ask if we can help them with some data
migration issues. Their main problem is understanding what is involved in
migrating & converting spatial data from one format to another. Their
existing data has the following formats ( *.clt , *.hgt, *.vct ). These
are
unfamiliar to us as well, but I am sure there are probably tools within
ArcInfo (the target system) which I can use to import these. I've searched
but have not yet found something explicit that walks me through this. I am
sure this is not a rare problem, so if any of you have encountered these
data formats before and know what/where to look to accomplish this, much
appreciated for some direction. Thanks in advance.
