Sampath,
3D View Studio (3DVS) is not the right thing - you can't do analysis in it
outside of the functions hard-wired into it. 3DVS is pretty much just a
display engine with some built-in viewshed, etc, analytic functions.
I'd suggest Manifold System itself, within which you can write arbitrarily
elaborate scripts or invoke external programs to do whatever analysis on
surfaces and RF propagation you choose.
