Hi Srikanth,
The information provided is quite superficial for providing criteria for
selection. However some of the general criteria which needs to be considered
are:
a) Past implementation experience of similar solutions
b) Past experience in implementing GIS solutions in a particular domain area
c) Post implementation support
d) Availability of Functional and technical specialist for handling project
bottlenecks
e) Industry standard certification ISO 9001, CMM etc. which shows the level
of competence of the organization
f) Client referrals on projects executed
