Hello,
Does anyone know of a source of digital boundary data for national
boundaries prior to 1992? I'm looking for boundaries back until 1970 but
I will take whatever I can get. I don't need maritime boundaries, just
land areas.
I've come across good resources describing boundary chanes (such as the
Correlates of War Project: http://www.umich.edu/~cowproj/) but no
digital data to date.
