Question #2, in ArcEdit, Editfeature ARC (or route, or reach). The = command SELECT PATH allows the user to select the BEGINNING and ENDING = arcs. ArcEdit then finds the shortest path of arcs(or routes, or = reaches) between the two. Any other suggestions would be nice as well.
