Greetings GIS-ers,
I have a problem working with a GIS drawing. I added it to my layer in =
the manner which is SUPPOSED to allow me to edit/analyse it (as opposed =
to just viewing it). I want to create new features by drawing polygons. =
When I go to finish drawing a polygon, however, I get a message that =
says something like -- unable to create new feature: coordinates or =
measures are out of bounds. =20
I checked the coordinate info for my CAD layer and it is set to "none". =
Is this the problem? If so, how do I designate one? I tried doing it =
from Layers-Properties-Coordinates -- but this changed nothing.
