Can anyone provide me with, or point me to a source for, a county
boundary layer for the Province of Quebec? I need the agricultural
regions only, but will take what I can get.
I found a township level map, of sorts, on the GeoGratis site, but
there is no obvious indication of county level boundaries and many of
the boundaries end without closing polygons. Not really very useful.
I am using ArcView 3.2 so any compatible format would be great.
