Subash,

1) Use the CenterAt x, y command where x and y are the curent positions of
the tracked vehicle (of course in map coordinates)
2)For me it is a little unclear but I suppose you want use a bitmap as
symbol on your map display.In this case you can create your own renderer,for
more information take a look on
"Creating and using a custom symbols server in Visual Basic 6.x" topic in
MapObjects help. If it is not the right answer please detal more this
problem.
