One way is to insert a package. If you are attempting to hotlink to a website, go to Insert>Object and select Create New and select Package from the list. When the Object Packager opens select an Icon in the left box. Access Edit>command line. Type the URL in the command line. Click file - Update. Your icon should appear in your view (and your layout). Double clicking should open the URL. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Shelley L Silch" <ssilch@usgs.gov> To: <gislist@lists.geocomm.com> Sent: Thursday, October 16, 2003 3:05 PM Subject: [gislist] Hotlinking
