Thanks to everyone who responded regarding my ADF file problem. I =
received several good suggestions, though I'm sorry to say none of them =
helped. I used ArcGIS 8.3 -- and what eventually helped me was when I =
went back to AV 3.2 and used the Import71 utility. That enabled me to =
view the grid in 3.2 and then to add it to my layer in 8.3.
