Sorry I have so many questions today:

I have a land use shapefile of santa barbara county , CA from the =
department
of conservancy ca gov.

I am adding the projection information that seems to be in Alberts (dows
anybody know what they are?)
Somehow I also worte down that the shapefile was in UTM nad 27 UTM zone =
11,
meters but I don't know now.

I have been trying to reproject it from whatever it is to state plane
california Zone V in feet, and I cant do that. I need help please thanks =
a
lot!
