Dear all,
Before I always used ILWIS and PCI software to correct image. And the
Maximum value of the Root Mean Square is under 0.4 inches. I know that If
the RMS error is too high, accurate data will be lower.
But now I am using ArcGIS8.3 to correct image so How much is the Maximum
value of the Root Mean Square I need?
