Hi people!
I have a file from the tiger database I guess it is in in world mercator
(meters)projection also in GCS-Nad27. I am including the file that =
refers to
the metadata.
I want to reproject this to state plane nad 83 calif V (feet).
A while ago I had the same problem finding the projection type in the =
list
that GIS 8.3 offers, in other words I can not set the right projection =
of my
file because I can not find nad 27 and world mercator together somehow =
(if
that's the right projection of my file). One of you sent me a file that =
has
the albers projection in nad 27 and nad 83, I just needed to save that =
file
under the list of projection options and then it was so easy to =
reproject
(because I was able to se the right projection to start with). Can =
anybody
do that so I could reproject this type of files easily?
