Subject: RE: [gislist] Changing Grid Values
Date:  11/18/2003 02:45:01 PM
From:  True, Cynthia D.

Have you looked at the RECLASSIFY command. You can input 10 - 15 as the =
only entry, and that is all that will be changed. The output =
reclassified value, however, can only be an integer.

If this is not what you want, you can set up a conditional statement =
(CON command) in the map calculator. First query your original grid in =
the map calculator for [grid]>10 and [grid]<15 to make a new grid =
(calc1).

con([calc1], <new value>, [grid])

Good Luck,
dt

Subject: [gislist] Changing Grid Values

Hi

I have a GIRD and would like to change the cell values with a condition. =
ie.=20
where the cell value is > 10 and < 15, I want to change to a different=20
value.. without disturbing the rest of the cells.

May be easy, but cannot find the right function to do that .

I have AV with Spatial analyst and ArcGIS

Thank You

=
Ramesh
