I am looking for figures characterising the GIS (remote sensing) market =
as well as suggestions of how to establish some GIS market statistics. =20
=20
Are you aware of existing market figures (reports etc.) including 1] =
shares of sectors or user groups (academics, business, government, 2] =
shares of main software vendors, and 3] development of the industry over =
the last years.
=20
I am particular interested on establishing shares e.g. on software =
packages or licenses sold/allocated to the academic user group e.g. =
individual faculties within natural science.=20
=20
Any link or suggestion is appreciated.
