Check the ESRI web site. I can't remember exactly where, but they have
downloadable data models for such things as electric and water distribution
systems.

Hi all,
I'm looking for data collection field guidelines or specifications using
mobile GPS devices. GPS devices using DGPS and/or WAAS would be a bonus.
Government or non-Government ok. Can anyone suggest resources or links?
