I am trying to plot a larger map (100"x 34") and have encountered several dead-ends. First attempt was to plot directly out of Arcmap onto a HP1050c and the color fills for the polygons would not consistently render. Some would be correctly color coded or they would have no color and only show the outline. The map contains State outlines, County polygons, and oil-gas field polygons. It is the oil-gas fields that do not color correctly. The second attempt was to generate a pdf. After waiting several minutes for generation, the resulting pdf looks fine on screen but refuses to plot out of Adobe Acrobat6. It tells me that it is unable to plot the file - no further explanation. I tried using Acrobat Reader 6.0 and all the field polygons are correctly, but none of the county polygons or State outlines appear on the plot. It looks perfect on the screen. I generated a jpeg, but it is too pixilated to be acceptable. Needless to say I'm a bit frustrated. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Will summarize
Thanks in Advance
