Dear P.Srikanth,
We are working on vectorization of maps, we work for local and overseas. In all aspect it would be difficult to quote the rate for the map size you have posted, it depends on scale of map (drawing) and requirement of the client. In general we are generating the digital map in average of USD 300-500 per sheet, time consumtions in average 7 m-days to 20 m-days.
