Here are some of the responses I got just in case others have the same questions:

Hi,
Does anyone have any suggestions on what are good search words for GIS jobs on sits like Dice.com or Jobs.com. I have been using the word "GIS" for a few weeks and there hasn't been a single hit. I have also tried to use "GIS" and "java" and have only had a few hits. Is there a magic word or two that will break the dam and allow to pour forth GIS jobs?
Mike
