What about the theory that professional certification exists (in many, not=

all, fields) to cover for the wide presence of incompetent managers,=20
incapable of knowing, during an ordinary job interview, if a candidate=20
really knows his/her stuff, or not ?? Certification relieves the manager=20
from needing to know the difference :-)
