So far response has been low... A GIS Manager from NC brought up a good point, that there are so many small 'Stickville, USA' types of towns that it would be very unlikely that these would be available.
With that being said, parcel data is still public domain, and each county in the US should have an assessors office that one could walk into and make copies of what he/she wanted. I'm thinking that what we need is a warehouse for all this data...After some research I was able to find http://www.boundarysolutions.com/
But some large urban counties are still not available, like Detroit, Denver, and Baltimore...
