hi all i think you are talking about what all ArcGIS user feel , beside the fast chaining in GIS concepts between 7 , 8 and now 9 , will make alot of conflict for GIS user. since when we were able to master arc info 7 .. 8 appears with totally different concepts and GOD now what we will see in 9 . beside that ESRI training courses are very expensive not only the software
i like ESRI software but i think that they should help us in the prices and technology change
