Problem solved (thanks to Jeff LaProwse from Geronimo,
ID).
The problem was that I didn't keep GPS Connector open
while working in ArcPad. On top of that my settings
were off. This is what they should have been:
Protocol: TSIP
Port: COM3
Baud: 9600
Parity: Odd
Data Bits: 8
Stop Bits: 1
Original Question:
Trying to configure settings to use ArcPad with GeoXT
and BoB.
