Subject: [gislist] Plat Cut-off
Date:  02/18/2004 11:00:02 AM
From:  Mangum, Tim V.

gislist@lists.geocomm.comThis is an e-mail to let you know that any =
plats that you wish to submit for the April Neighborhood Information =
Meeting must be submitted by March 1, 2004. Plats received after this =
date will be postponed until the May Neighborhood Information Meeting.

Please be aware that any plats submitted must have a completed =
Preliminary Plat Subdivision Application form along with any additional =
information as required by the form. Failure to submit a completed =
application along with the required information (ex. deed restrictions, =
maintenance agreements, or permission from property owner, etc.) will =
delay your request!

After the Technical Review Committee has reviewed your request, you will =
be notified of any recommended changes. You will also be told when the =
revisions, application for property rezoning and the $100 fee for =
rezoning must be returned to our office. Failure to submit a revised =
plat, the application for property rezoning or the $100 fee for rezoning =
by the stated deadline will delay your request!
