How do you use the TGR files from the Census Bureau? They have =
extensions
of .RT1, .RT2, etc... I am needing the North Carolina State House
Districts. Usually, I just download the data from ESRI since its in
shapefile format, but their data download site is down for the moment =
and I
need the data today.
