Try using a CD/DVD drive emulator
Daemon tools is one example:
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/portal/download.php
These allow you to 'trick' the computer into thinking the iso file is
coming from an optical drive

Hi all,
I had sent a message before. But I want to repeat it again. I have a
RS&GIS software having ISO extension. I want to decipher this. I used
WinISO and MagicISO programs. These don't open the file bigger than 700
MB. How can I open (decode or decipher) the file having ISO (734 MB). Is
there any program decoding the files bigger than 700 MB.
