Dear Friends,
Can any one suggest the transformation procedure in any software preferably
ArcInfo. We would like to transform the coordinate system from "Virginia
State Plane Coordinate System (North Zone)NAD83, Vertical : NAVD88, U.S.
Survey Foot" to "Virginia State Plane Coordinate System (North Zone)NAD83,
Vertical : NGVD29, U.S. Survey Foot".
I am having the Microstation (dgn) 3D format and would like to transform the
data in any suggested software(Preferably in ESRI) and the output should be
in Microstation (dgn) 3D format.
