Hi Nguyen,
ArcView 8.3 can not recognize a hatch entity that you have created in AutoCAD, bacause hatch is a complex object like a block. Arcview can only recognize features like point, polyline, polygon and annotation etc. I think, the best method is to explode all the hatch objects in AutoCAD so that they will be converted to lines. Then, you can load the CAD file in ArcView to display all the features.
