Is there a way to have it run automatically when the project opens?

ArcView gurus on the list,
Is there a way to change the ArcView 3.x default so that the project name
always shows up in the title bar? I seem to have multiple instances of
ArcView open a lot lately, and determining which one I am switching to is
currently a pain.
