I am looking for a way to convert National Elevation Dataset DEMs (ArcInfo GRID format) to DTED level 2 files using ArcInfo with or without the GRID module.
The DEMs cover 1 x 1 degree lat/long areas (3600 x 3600 cells) and are in floating point, geographic decimal degrees, NAD83 datum, zunits in meters, and GRS1980 spheroid. To convert it to DTED using the GRIDDTED command in Arc, the DEM must be in signed integer, geographic decimal seconds, WGS84 datum, zunits in meters, and WGS84 spheroid.
If you have done this before, I am very interested in the command sequence you used to do it.
