Hi gis Friends:
I'm new to his comunity. I'm a vb programmer, wanting to make a gis app.
I would like to have some advise abot how to draw a shapafile.
I've the clasess to open a shape file, but I want to write something for
drawing it.
So I've some questions:
- How can I calculate the corresponding pixel point for each geo
point. I think I must do this transformation one time, drawing in a buffer.
Then I must do a strchbit blast oto the real dc.
Could anybody help me.
