Subject: Re: [gislist] problem integrating comma-delimited db file
Date:  06/03/2004 04:05:01 PM
From:  Emily Smith

Good idea. To avoid losing extra columns or data formats with a .dbf that
I was working with in Excel, I used to just copy all the data and paste
values and formats into a new blank excel sheet--then save as a .dbf (IV)
file. This took care of any formatting issues with excel.
