Look at RFID technology Travis, Walmart uses it in containerized vessels
for just-in-time logistics. Combines GPS and wireless MEMs technology and
has very small footprints, and can be ruggedized. I hope this isnt a new
Dept. of Homeland Security / DoD initiative to track suspect tortoises, I
mean, I know they're really notorious, but that would really be stretching
it....
