Hi Todd
Not sure about the US, but in the UK elevation data is sold by national
grid coordinates, so that you would need to acquire both an elevation
dataset and a postcode dataset, and then combine yourself. I suspect
the case is the same in US.

Does anybody out there know where I can get data that includes elevation
by ZIP Code for California, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming? Any ideas
would be greatly appreciated.
