Subject: Re: [gislist] CMYK export
Date:  06/14/2004 07:20:01 AM
From:  Dan CRACIUN

Hi, Gary,

Well, the help file says that if you export the map as .ai all colors
are converted to CMYK. The real life says that they don't. When I open
it in Illustrator it's a RGB document, with the same problems when I
change the color model.
I'm working with CMYK model because I need to print the separations.
Here we usually do that by importing a CMYK tif into quark and printing
from there.
