Thanks to everyone who clarified that ikonos is steerable off-nadir.
I only want the footprints for spatial index purposes (nothing fancy,
just to help manage things).
Anyway, I adapted some code to take the geocoord (concatenated DMS i
believe) UR/L && LL/LR numbers and make quadrilaterals along with some
other data (main country, cloud cover, et al.)
If anyone wants the code let me know and I'll send it when it's done
(pretty much done already).
