i'm not sure of a tool but you can set snapping preferences to achieve a 90' angle at corners. simply set the snapping of the appropriate layer to "perpendicular to sketch" this will make all angles perpendicular to the value of the first angle. i usually also set snapping to vertex, edge, and end on the layer also.

Dear List members,
I am trying to find a tool which makes all the corners of polygons or polylines 90 degrees in ArcView. Is there any extension or script available in the web ? I will welcome any help or suggestions.
Thanks & Regards, Pradeep
