My name is Mike Michalski with Data Systems Inc. in Detroit, Michigan.
We've got a prospect for our program for Irrigation Contractors (see
www.SoftwareForIrrigationProfessionals.com for full details) and he's located in
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The program we use for mapping, Streets On A Disk (see www.klynas.com), has
county maps for the entire United States just fine. But no streets data for
anywhere in Canada.
I spoke with Scott Klynas of Klynas Engineering (805) 938-9988 this morning.
He says that all he needs in order to provide mapping capability for our
prospect is a "shape file with latitude and longitude" for the city of Edmonton,
Alberta, Canada and about a 30-mile radius around that city.
Does anyone know where I might find this "shape file?"
