The question is wrong.
What is the Best?
In GIS Technologies and others,
allways are a good perfomance for a specific theme.
Normally the scientis use more than one.
Best? no. Adjust your perfomance proyect,
and look for a good methodology/ies,
wich need more than only one explanation
and software applications.
