| Hello- I am working with a microfinance development bank in
| DC, and they are very enthuiastic about applying GIS in
| microfinance. Resulting from this research, the bank
| currently is using Garmin Ique handheld's to conduct
| GPS-referenced client impact assessment interviews in Mexico.

| I wonder if anyone knows someone that might be willing to
| provide general guidance or hands-on assistance creating
| poverty maps for various areas of Mexico where this bank is
| collecting data. I have been told that I may be able to
| obtain relatively good data from the Mexican government
| Instituto Nacional de Estadistica Geografia y Informatica
| (INEGI, http://www.inegi.gob.mx/inegi/default.asp), but I'm
| having trouble navigating their website.
