Hi Listers,
Could someone please assist me with the following?
1. What is the most current release of the XTools extension for ArcGIS
(ArcInfo) 8.3? I have found XTools Pro 1.1.1, but is this the most up to
date copy? Also, where can it be downloaded from?
2. Is there a way to "flip" polygon features within ArcGIS (ArcInfo)
8.3? I've found a way to flip lines/arcs, but can't seem to find a tool to
perform this on a polygon. I did find a flip utility for graphics only, but
then I can't get the graphics to save back to a Shapefile format without the
XTools utility.
