I cannot find the relevant help file for this, and I am just spinning my
wheels. I want to draw a polygon in ArcView 8.x to outline an arbitrary
area, then, convert that polygon to a shapefile, of course, inheriting the
spatial reference as the other layers. Thanks in advance, and yes, I am
know this is fairly trivial, but ....
